Seasonal and extended stay discounts available...The Blue Hawaii Suite and The King Kam Room offer ONE FREE WEEK FOR EACH MONTH LONG STAY both high season and low season. Stay for a month, and get one week free. Call for more information.
**Low season is April 16 through June 14 and Sept 15 through Dec 15.
**High Season is June 15 through Sept 14 and Dec 16 through April 14.

Washing
facilities are on premises.
Directions:
--take highway 50 west about 6 miles to Tree Tunnel Road south
(hwy 520) toward Koloa town
--turn left at the sign that says Poipu Beach and Resorts
--at the stop sign go straight on Pe'e Road and go over three speed bumps
--turn left on Linaka Street at the Lani Villas sign and go
one block to the intersection with Kelaukia Street
--Island Home at Lanai Villas is the large two story blue house
with white trim on the left corner of the intersection (1707
Kelaukia Street)
Check-in time is 3:00 pm or later and check-out is by 11am
Rates
are plus tax for single or double occupancy. Additional
guests in each room add $10 per person per night. Children
under 2 years old stay free. Add to that 13.42% tax. Bringing the family?
Ask about renting both units. You'll be surprised at
the savings for a larger group as well as the convenience
of having a full kitchen and two bathrooms!
Deposit
and Cancellation Policy:
One half of the total amount is required for your deposit
to hold reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your
arrival date. Full refund of deposit less $50 processing fee
if your stay is canceled more than 60 days prior to your arrival
date. Refund of deposit less 40% if your stay is cancelled
59 to 30 days prior to your arrival date. There is no refund If you have to cancel
less than 30 days prior to your arrival date.
We accept cash, personal checks, travelers
checks and credit cards.
Check
in and check out policy: Check
in time is 3 pm or later. Check out is 11 AM. These times can be altered if our
schedule allows it. If you need special times please ask us and we'll do what
we can to accommodate you.
