*All figures
plus tax. Cleaning fees apply to stays of three nights or less. Cleaning fees
will be waived for stays of 4 nights or more.
Washing
facilities are on premises.
Directions:
--take highway 50 west about 6 miles to Tree Tunnel Road south
(hwy 520) to Koloa town
--turn right (west) on hwy 530 (Koloa Road) in Koloa and go
one block
--turn left (south) on Poipu Road (hwy 520) at the Chevron
station
--follow Poipu Road 3 1/2 miles (go past the fire station,
the turn for Poipu beach, and the Poipu Beach Broiler)
--turn right (south) on Pee Road and go over three speed bumps
--turn left on Linaka Street at the Lani Villas sign and go
one block to the intersection with Kelaukia Street
--Kauai Island Home, Inc. is the large two story blue house
with white trim on the left corner of the intersection (1707
Kelaukia Street)
Check-in time is 3:30 pm or later and check-out is by 11am
Rates
are plus tax for single or double occupancy. Additional
guests in each room add $20 per person per night. Children
under 2 years old stay free. Add to that 11.42% tax. Seasonal
and extended stay discounts available. Bringing the family?
Ask about renting the whole house. You'll be surprised at
the savings for a larger group as well as the convenience
of having a full kitchen and four bathrooms!
Deposit
and Cancellation Policy:
One half of the total amount is required for your deposit
to hold reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your
arrival date. Full refund of deposit less $30 processing fee
if your stay is canceled more than 60 days prior to your arrival
date. Refund of deposit less 40% if your stay is cancelled
59 to 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you have to cancel
less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, we'll we only
refund for the nights that we can rebook

checks ( Sorry, no credit cards accepted).
Check
in and check out policy: Check
in time is 3 pm or later. Check out is 11 AM. These times can be altered if our
schedule allows it. If you need special times please ask us and we'll do what
we can to accommodate you.
